When I joined, there were a core set of users who loved the product. But for most new users, one-month retention was low and no one knew why.
To improve retention, we needed to learn why people joined, what they were doing in the app, and why they were ultimately leaving. What aspects of the product should we improve? What did we need to change or add? What could be removed or simplified?
In my time at AND.CO, I redesigned the product to better meet the needs of our customers and support their workflows as freelancers.
