OpenDesk is an AI-assisted customer support tool designed for people who run an ecommerce business on Shopify.
I designed this product in code. I've been able to iterate and ship much faster than if I had been using Figma. My stack is Cursor, Shadcn, Tailwind, and Next.js + Vercel.

What I Did
- Overhauled the product design and relaunched in under six weeks based on alpha user feedback
- Conducted customer discovery interviews and used the jobs to be done framework to help define the product roadmap
- Conducted user testing sessions to validate concepts and designs
- Shipped code to production
